Swedish offers $20K sign-on bonuses to nurses
Nurses are the heartbeat of our organization, ensuring that we’re able to deliver the high standard of care that Swedish is known for. That’s why we’re thrilled to offer systemwide sign-on bonuses of up to $20,000 to external-hire experienced RNs in order to grow our teams in Seattle, Edmonds, Issaquah, Mill Creek and Redmond.
The $20,000 hiring bonuses are offered in the following specialty areas.
Labor and delivery RNs
We’re looking for the best and brightest RNs in L&D with specialties in labor and delivery, postpartum, antepartum and OB float pool, as well as labor and delivery managers. Join us to deliver professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients in an acute care environment, supporting mothers and their families during this milestone time of life.
Perioperative RNs
Join our collaborative and supportive perioperative teams to specialize in surgery, surgery recovery, orthopedic surgery, orthopedic surgery recovery, orthopedic pre/post, ambulatory surgery, ambulatory surgery recovery, main surgery and SDS pre/post, perioperative float, interventional radiology, cardiac catheterization, endoscopy, heart and vascular surgery and neuro and spine surgery.
ICU/critical care RNs
Serve patients in their time of need as an RN in our ICU float pool, ICU, PICU, NCCU, CVICU, NICU or as a flexible staffing team member. We’re also hiring ICU/critical care managers on all units. Seize the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and help patients take on any challenge that comes their way. Day and night shifts are available.
Emergency department RNs
