Further your education while you work at Providence Swedish
We want our caregivers to feel fulfilled at work and live their best lives. One of the ways we do this is by helping them realize their potential and achieve their highest career aspirations supported by a host of Providence Swedish education benefits. Tuition for education is expensive, and these benefits help caregivers more affordably gain new skills on their own terms, at a pace that makes sense for where they are in their lives, all while earning a paycheck.
Earn a high school diploma, a certificate or a college degree
Providence Swedish caregivers have access to the Education Benefit Program Benefit Program with Guild, a curated catalog of programs aligned to in-demand jobs and designed to support personal and professional growth. It gives caregivers the opportunity to further their education affordably with up to 100% tuition covered upfront for select, in-demand programs.
This expanded benefit program was made for busy working caregivers, so programs include flexible classes that fit any schedule. Here are options available to caregivers:

- Take college preparation courses with credits that transfer
- Take English Language Learning (ELL) or digital literacy courses
