Land a role where your heart and skills align
If you’re craving work that feels more meaningful to you, consider applying at Providence Swedish, where our Mission to improve the health and well-being of every person we serve is at the forefront of every interaction. Bring your compassion, empathy, emotional intelligence and heart to one of our specialized roles in mother-and-baby care, care management, cardio services, behavioral health or medical assisting to make a genuine impact on people’s lives.

Support new beginnings in mother-and-baby care
Few moments are more profound than the start of a new life—and more new parents in Western Washington trust Providence Swedish with their care than any other health system for good reason. Our mother-and-baby caregivers are renowned for their expertise and empathy as they guide families during life’s most meaningful moments.
- If you’re a nurse considering a new nursing specialty, are just starting out, or know someone seeking a role in maternal/fetal care, check out our open roles for RNs and CNAs in Labor and Delivery/Triage/Postpartum and NICU/PICU.
- If you’re an imaging technologist interested in trying something new or know someone who might be, take a look at our open roles for Ultrasound Technologist or Neonatal CT, Nuclear Medicine, Interventional or MRI Technologist.
Guide patients as a care manager
Navigating healthcare can be overwhelming, especially for those managing chronic conditions or complex diagnoses. As a care manager with us, you’ll serve as an advocate, coordinator and guide, ensuring patients receive seamless care with dignity and respect. Bring your nursing or social worker background to this pivotal, patient-focused role in care management at one of our locations across the Puget Sound. We’ll help you grow in your career as you live your purpose and personal mission to improve the health and well-being of each patient we serve—and make a real difference, one patient at a time.
Focus on the heart in cardio services
Some roles allow you to care for the heart, from the heart.
- If you’re a radiologic technologist interested in transitioning to cardiovascular care—or already work in cardio and want to join a team that takes our Vision of “health for a better world” seriously, join us as a cardiovascular technologist or electrophysiology technologist.
- If nursing is your love language and you’re interested in cardio care, we have open RN roles in the Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiovascular ICU and at our Heart and Vascular clinics.
Bring hope to those navigating behavioral health challenges
Mental and emotional well-being is important for everyone—and it’s central to Providence Swedish’s commitment to whole-person care. Not only do we provide excellent behavioral health care within our hospitals and clinics, but as a not-for-profit organization, we’re empowered to use our resources to support community members experiencing mental health crises.
We also prioritize the mental health of caregivers with free and confidential mental wellness resources, including up to 25 free therapy sessions per year, care offered virtually, in-person, and onsite, and other self-guided mental health benefits.
If you’re interested in caring for the mental wellness needs of others at an organization that cares for yours, see open roles in behavioral health.
Provide essential support as a medical assistant

Often the first and last friendly face a patient sees, medical assistants (MAs) are the heart of our clinics and we’re hiring MAs at many of our specialty facilities, including Pediatrics, Nephrology, Neurosurgery, Radiosurgery, Heart and Vascular, Healthy Aging and Infectious Disease. With a clear advancement ladder and tuition reimbursement opportunities, working as an MA is a great way to begin or launch a career where you can make a big impact.
